Fantastic Jewelry NYC ships from New York City, USA. Most eligible U.S. orders ship with insured delivery from our Diamond District NYC location.

1. Shipping Destination

Fantastic Jewelry NYC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • International addresses

Orders placed with an unsupported shipping address may be canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Costs

Free insured shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders.

Expedited shipping options, when available, may be offered at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed by 3 PM ET Monday through Friday are typically processed the same business day once payment is cleared and order verification is completed.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are typically processed the next business day.

Processing time may be longer for:

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry
  • Special order items
  • Items requiring sizing, alteration, or preparation
  • High-value orders requiring additional verification
  • Orders with payment, billing, or address verification issues

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates may be shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation. These estimates are based on processing time, carrier transit time, payment clearance, and order verification.

Most eligible U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed by the carrier or shipping method selected.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS when available.

Tracking may take several hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

6. Carrier & Insurance

Fantastic Jewelry NYC ships eligible orders using insured carrier services, including FedEx or another approved insured carrier when necessary.

Packages may be insured up to the declared carrier value. Insurance coverage, claim approval, replacement, or refund decisions may depend on carrier investigation and claim confirmation.

7. Signature Confirmation

For added security, high-value orders may require signature confirmation at delivery.

If signature confirmation is required, the carrier may not leave the package unattended. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the package or arranging pickup directly with the carrier when available.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We may be able to update a shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported shipping addresses.

9. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

For customer protection and fraud prevention, some orders may require additional verification before shipping.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC reserves the right to request additional information, delay shipment, cancel an order, or issue a refund if payment, billing, shipping, or identity verification cannot be completed.

10. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist with the carrier investigation when applicable. Replacements or refunds for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments are handled after claim review and carrier confirmation when applicable.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier, unless the carrier claim confirms otherwise.

11. Shipping Delays

Fantastic Jewelry NYC makes reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation.

If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include continuing with the order or canceling the unshipped order when applicable.

12. Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment if processing, sourcing, customization, sizing, or preparation has not started.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow our Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.
