Is your jewelry real gold?
Yes. Fantastic Jewelry NYC specializes in real 10K and 14K gold jewelry. Unless a product description clearly states otherwise, our 10K and 14K gold jewelry is not gold plated or gold filled.
Do you sell gold plated jewelry?
Our main gold jewelry selection is real 10K and 14K gold. If a product is gold plated, gold filled, sterling silver, gold plated silver, or another material, it will be clearly stated in the product title or description.
What does 10K and 14K gold mean?
10K and 14K are both real gold. 10K gold contains 10 parts gold and 14 parts other metals. 14K gold contains 14 parts gold and 10 parts other metals. 10K is often chosen for durability and value. 14K has higher gold content and a richer gold tone.
Is your jewelry stamped or hallmarked?
Qualifying 10K and 14K gold jewelry is hallmarked when applicable. Common marks may include 10K, 417, 14K, or 585. Hallmark placement may vary by item and design.
Do you include a certificate?
A Certificate of Authenticity may be included with qualifying 10K and 14K gold jewelry orders. A certificate is different from a formal appraisal. If you need an appraisal for insurance or valuation purposes, contact us before purchase to confirm availability.
How do I know if a piece has natural diamonds, lab diamonds, moissanite, or CZ?
Product descriptions will state the stone details when applicable. Natural diamonds, lab diamonds, moissanite, CZ, and other stones should be reviewed according to the specific product description.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Checkout is completed securely through our website. Our site uses secure checkout technology to help protect your personal and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, available digital wallets, and third-party financing providers shown at checkout.
Do you sell my personal information?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If an order is canceled before shipment and before processing, sourcing, customization, sizing, or preparation has started, it may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Fantastic Jewelry NYC ships from New York City, USA, from our Diamond District operation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free insured shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 3 PM ET Monday through Friday are typically processed the same business day once payment clears and order verification is completed. Most eligible U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Fantastic Jewelry NYC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or freight forwarders?
No. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship eligible orders using insured carrier services, including FedEx or another approved insured carrier when necessary.
Will my package require signature confirmation?
High-value orders may require signature confirmation for added security. If signature is required, the carrier may not leave the package unattended.
What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with the carrier investigation when applicable. Replacements or refunds for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments are handled after claim review and carrier confirmation when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, warranty cards, and accessories.
Do you offer free returns?
Complimentary prepaid return shipping applies only to eligible standard U.S. purchases paid by credit card or debit card. Financing purchases, layaway or reserved items, orders over $7,000, giveaway or prize items, custom items, altered items, and final sale items do not qualify for complimentary return shipping.
What items are final sale?
Final sale items include custom or made-to-order jewelry, personalized or engraved items, resized or altered items, wedding bands, gift cards, items marked final sale, special orders, and giveaway, raffle, prize, or free promotional items.
Are there restocking fees?
Certain orders may be subject to restocking fees. Financed purchases may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Layaway or reserved items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Orders over $7,000 may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Pre-owned watches, when offered, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
How long does a refund take?
Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank, card issuer, or financing provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Financing & Layaway
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing options may be available at checkout through third-party providers such as Shop Pay Installments, Zip, PayTomorrow, Affirm, or another available provider shown at checkout.
Is financing approval guaranteed?
No. Financing approval, payment schedules, interest, late fees, and eligibility are controlled by the financing provider. Fantastic Jewelry NYC does not control financing decisions or repayment terms.
What happens if I return a financed order?
If a financed order is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original financing provider. The provider may adjust your balance, cancel future payments, or refund payments already made when applicable.
Do financed purchases qualify for free return shipping?
No. Financed purchases do not qualify for complimentary prepaid return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% if returned.
Do you offer layaway?
Yes. Our Layaway Program allows customers to reserve eligible jewelry with a 10% down payment and pay the remaining balance over time, up to 6 months.
When does a layaway order ship?
Layaway orders ship only after the balance is paid in full.
Do layaway orders qualify for free return shipping?
No. Layaway and reserved items do not qualify for complimentary prepaid return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% if canceled or returned.
Warranty
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible jewelry purchased directly from Fantastic Jewelry NYC and covers eligible manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects confirmed by Fantastic Jewelry NYC after inspection. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another solution determined by Fantastic Jewelry NYC.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidental damage, misuse, broken chains caused by pulling or force, lost or stolen jewelry, chemical exposure, third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, or damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or handling.
Do I need proof of purchase for warranty service?
Yes. Proof of purchase from Fantastic Jewelry NYC is required for warranty service.
Product Sizing & Gram Weight
Where can I find product weights?
Product weights may be shown on the product page, product title, description, variant details, or near the price when available.
Are gram weights exact?
Gram weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing, finishing, chain structure, clasp type, length, width, karat, gold color, and production batch.
Can you help me choose a chain size?
Yes. Our team can help with chain length, width, and style recommendations. You can also review our Chain Size Guide or contact us by WhatsApp, text, phone, or live chat.
Custom Jewelry
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes. We offer custom and personalized jewelry options. Contact our team with your idea, preferred material, budget, and timeline, and we will guide you through the process.
Can custom orders be returned?
No. Custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
