Fantastic Jewelry NYC stands behind the quality of our jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to cover eligible manufacturing defects on qualifying jewelry purchased directly from Fantastic Jewelry NYC.

1. What the Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects, including issues related to craftsmanship or production, when confirmed by Fantastic Jewelry NYC after inspection.

Eligible warranty resolutions may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Another solution determined by Fantastic Jewelry NYC

The final warranty resolution is determined at our discretion after inspection.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, fading, or surface wear from regular use
  • Damage caused by pulling, stretching, bending, crushing, or impact
  • Broken chains caused by force, misuse, or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or handling
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Missing stones caused by impact, misuse, or normal wear
  • Damage caused by resizing, alteration, engraving, or repair performed by another jeweler
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, chlorine, cosmetics, or harsh cleaning products
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties

3. Proof of Purchase Required

To request warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase from Fantastic Jewelry NYC.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferable.

4. Inspection Required

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Fantastic Jewelry NYC.

We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage if the item shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, alteration, third-party repair, accidental damage, or any condition not covered by this policy.

5. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty inspection, repair, or return shipment.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged when shipped using unauthorized or uninsured shipping methods.

6. Custom, Personalized, and Altered Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or special order items may have limited warranty coverage and are subject to inspection and approval.

7. Watches, Diamonds, Silver, and Special Categories

Pre-owned watches, diamond jewelry, silver jewelry, plated jewelry, moissanite jewelry, lab diamond jewelry, and special category items may be subject to separate warranty terms when offered.

If a specific product has separate warranty terms, those terms will apply.

To request warranty service, contact us with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
