Welcome to Fantastic Jewelry NYC. By accessing or using fantasticjewelrynyc.com, placing an order, creating an account, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our related policies, including our Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Financing Policy, Privacy Policy, Lifetime Warranty Policy, Gold Authenticity Guarantee, Flexible Payment Options, and Layaway Program.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your state to purchase from Fantastic Jewelry NYC.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized for use.

2. United States Orders Only

Fantastic Jewelry NYC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently ship to international addresses, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Verification

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Fantastic Jewelry NYC reserves the right to review, verify, refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time.

Orders may be delayed, held, or canceled for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment verification issues
Billing or shipping address mismatch
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Inventory or availability issues
Pricing, product, or website errors
Unsupported shipping addresses
High-value order verification
Failure to provide requested verification information

We may contact you by email, phone, text, WhatsApp, or other available contact method to verify information related to your order.

4. Pricing, Promotions & Errors

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, financing options, and offers may change at any time without notice.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, promotional errors, product information errors, typographical errors, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order contains an error, we may cancel the order, refund the payment, request confirmation of corrected terms, or provide another available resolution.

Discounts, promotional codes, financing offers, and limited-time offers may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

5. Product Information, Images & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, including material, karat, color, length, width, structure, stones, and other specifications when applicable.

Product images are provided for display and reference purposes. Actual color, shine, size appearance, stone appearance, and finish may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, production batch, and natural product variation.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is processed and confirmed.

6. Gram Weight, Dimensions & Product Variations

Gram weights, dimensions, lengths, widths, and product specifications are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing, finishing, chain structure, clasp type, sizing, karat, gold color, production batch, and normal jewelry tolerances.

For chains and bracelets, weight may vary depending on length, width, karat, gold color, and structure, including solid, semi-solid, or hollow construction.

These normal variations do not automatically make an item defective or eligible for return outside our published return rules.

7. Gold Authenticity & Materials

Fantastic Jewelry NYC specializes in real 10K and 14K gold jewelry. Unless a product description clearly states otherwise, our 10K and 14K gold jewelry is not gold plated or gold filled.

Qualifying 10K and 14K gold jewelry is hallmarked when applicable. Hallmark placement may vary by item and design.

Some small components, delicate items, custom pieces, or certain designs may not have a visible stamp in every location.

Gold plated, gold filled, sterling silver, gold plated silver, rhodium plated silver, natural diamonds, lab diamonds, moissanite, CZ, watches, and other special category items will be described according to the specific product details when applicable.

8. Certificates, Appraisals & Documentation

A Certificate of Authenticity may be included with qualifying 10K and 14K gold jewelry orders.

A Certificate of Authenticity is different from a formal appraisal. Appraisals, when available, may be offered separately or included with select qualifying orders.

Appraisal fees, service fees, and related documentation fees are non-refundable when applicable.

9. Custom, Personalized & Special Orders

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special order items may be final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Custom or special order items may require additional processing time, payment verification, deposits, approvals, or written confirmation before production begins.

Once production, sourcing, resizing, engraving, customization, or preparation has started, cancellations may be refused or subject to applicable fees.

10. Payments & Financing

Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, available digital wallets, and third-party financing providers shown at checkout.

Third-party financing providers may include Shop Pay Installments, Zip, PayTomorrow, Affirm, or another available provider shown at checkout.

Financing approval, payment schedules, interest, late fees, eligibility, and repayment terms are controlled by the financing provider. Fantastic Jewelry NYC does not control financing decisions or repayment terms.

If a financed order is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original financing provider. The provider may adjust your balance, cancel future payments, or refund payments already made when applicable.

Financed purchases do not qualify for complimentary prepaid return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee according to our Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.

11. Layaway & Reserved Items

Our Layaway Program allows customers to reserve eligible jewelry with a down payment and pay the remaining balance over time.

Layaway is separate from third-party financing. Layaway orders are reserved while payments are being made and ship only after the full balance is paid.

Layaway and reserved items do not qualify for complimentary prepaid return shipping and may be subject to restocking fees, store credit terms, or exchange-only resolution according to our Layaway Program and Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, carrier services, signature confirmation, insurance, unsupported addresses, delays, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation are based on processing time, carrier transit time, payment clearance, and order verification.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed by the carrier or shipping method selected.

If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include continuing with the order or canceling the unshipped order when applicable.

13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, restocking fees, final sale exclusions, financing refunds, layaway returns, and return shipping eligibility are governed by our Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval, inspection, and policy requirements.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, warranty cards, and accessories.

Certain items are final sale or subject to restocking fees as described in our Return, Exchange & Financing Policy.

14. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by our Lifetime Warranty Policy.

Our Lifetime Warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects on qualifying jewelry purchased directly from Fantastic Jewelry NYC, subject to inspection and approval.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidental damage, misuse, pulling, stretching, lost or stolen jewelry, third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, chemical exposure, improper storage, or damage caused by improper handling.

15. Fraud Prevention & Security

Fantastic Jewelry NYC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or limit any order to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, resale abuse, or suspicious activity.

We may request additional verification before processing or shipping an order.

We may report suspected fraudulent activity to payment processors, financing providers, shipping carriers, law enforcement, or other relevant parties when appropriate.

16. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to:

Use the website to violate any law or regulation
Interfere with website security or functionality
Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, bots, or spam
Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse website content or customer information
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Use the website to infringe the rights of others

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with trusted service providers to process orders, payments, shipping, financing, fraud prevention, customer support, marketing preferences, website services, or legal obligations.

Fantastic Jewelry NYC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free of technical issues.

For example, shipping matters are governed by the Shipping Policy, return matters are governed by the Return, Exchange & Financing Policy, warranty matters are governed by the Lifetime Warranty Policy, and layaway matters are governed by the Layaway Program.
