If a financed order is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original financing provider. The provider may adjust your balance, cancel future payments or refund payments already made when applicable.

Layaway
Layaway is available separately for customers who want to reserve eligible jewelry with a down payment and pay the remaining balance over time. Layaway is not the same as third-party financing. Layaway orders are reserved while payments are being made and ship after the full balance is paid.
